Ryan Meerstein is a Senior Director at Targeted Victory and joined the team in January of 2010. He handles digital strategy for multiple clients while also overseeing human resources and playing an integral role in the staffing process at Targeted Victory. In 2014, Meerstein oversaw all digital ad placement for the NRSC Independent Expenditure.
In the 2012 election cycle, Meerstein managed all online advertising for the Romney-Ryan Campaign, a budget of over $100 million.
Prior to Targeted Victory, he was the Executive Director of the South Carolina Republican Party. In 2008, he served as the state director for Ohio on the McCain-Palin Campaign and worked for the Guiliani campaign prior to that.
