Cory Brown

Adjunct Professor


Cory is a data-driven, results-oriented communication, custom research consultant and VP at HarrisX, a tech and telecom focused research agency. His experience is in survey research, data management, messaging, digital advertising and integrated communications for organizations and businesses. He teaches audience research at The George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management and has previously taught political marketing courses at West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media.

He served his country in the US Army both stateside and overseas in reconnaissance and combat engineer units. Making a difference in government and politics is important to Cory, and he transitioned from full-time military service to earn his master's at GW’s Graduate School of Political Management.

Cory lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He spends his free time in the outdoors, watching sports, and cheering on his beloved Auburn Tigers.
