Brad Luna is Co-founding Senior Partner of LUNA+EISENLA, an executive-level strategic communications and media relations firm launched in 2012, guiding organizations through defining moments at the forefront of change.

LUNA+EISENLA has played a role in many of the nation's most significant milestones, from the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell and the transgender military service ban, to the Supreme Court's Obergefell v. Hodges ruling on marriage equality, to changes in the U.S. Tax Code securing a standard home office deduction and greater Health Savings Account flexibility for small businesses, to the public announcement of a cure for severe combined immunodeficiency (""bubble boy disease"") and the first cured case of HIV/AIDS.

Before founding LUNA+EISENLA, Brad served as Director of Communications for the Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, where he oversaw communications for passage of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Hate Crimes Prevention Act, the first federal LGBTQ protections ever signed into law. He began his Washington career as Press Secretary to U.S. Rep. Brad Carson, later Undersecretary of Defense, and has managed nationally targeted Senate and House campaigns.

At GW, Brad teaches PR Entrepreneurship in the Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations program, guiding students through the practical foundations of launching and sustaining a client-facing communications firm.

Brad holds a B.A. from the University of Tulsa and attended GW's Graduate School of Political Management.
