John C. Angell began his career as a legislative aide to Congressman Leon E. Panetta of California. He served as chief of staff of the House Budget Committee, Executive Associate Director at the Office of Management and Budget, senior advisor to the White House Chief of Staff, Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Department of Energy, and staff director of the Senate Finance Committee.
He has substantial experience in the congressional budgeting process and in congressional oversight.
