Chris Piper

Chris Piper is a researcher at the Partnership for Public Service. He leads the Partnership’s advocacy research and supports external engagement with governmental and academic stakeholders. Chris is an expert on the federal executive branch and separation of powers issues. He received his Ph.D. in political science from Vanderbilt University and has published several academic journal articles and reports at the Partnership and the Brookings Institution.
