Paul Taylor is an Army officer currently serving as a Congressional Budget Liaison, where he interacts extensively within the Pentagon, and with the Senate and House of Representatives Appropriations Committees.  Paul has extensive military legislative liaison experience, having also served as a liaison to the congressional Armed Services Committees for more than two years, as well as an Army fellow working on the personal staff of a U.S. Senator.

Paul has also served in many operational and staff assignments while serving as an Armor officer in the Army for the last 21 years, including command as the platoon, company, and squadron level.  He has been assigned to many posts within the United States, as well as deployments to the Middle East, including Qatar and Iraq.

He received a Bachelor's of Science in American Politics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and a Master's of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Louisville.
